Here in NJ a lot of people in suburbia use hay bales as decoration during the fall. However, right after Thanksgiving they start putting them on the curb for trash. That's where I come in and pick a few up for my target butts.
Most people are glad your taking them away and have a use for them. So if your in need of some new bales or thinking about picking a few up. Go take a drive around some of the neighborhoods.
